1 instant cup noodle
200g white rice
2 eggs
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1

    Open the cup noodle and take the soup base out.

    Transfer all remaining contents to a zip-lock bag and crush them into small pieces.

    Pour the crushed ingredients back into the cup, and pour the soup base.

    Pour boiling water just to cover the noodles, and leave it for 2 minutes.

    Heat a pan on medium heat. Add 3 tbsp of oil once the pan comes up to temperature.

    Crack the an egg into the pan and scramble it.

    Add rice into the pan and mix with the scrambled egg.

    Stir the cooked noodle, then pour it into the pan. Stir-fry all the ingredients for 4 minutes.

    Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the noodle cup, and sprinkle ½ tbsp of sesame seeds.

    Transfer the stir-fried rice back to the noodle cup. Press the rice firmly with spoon so that it holds its shape.

    Place a plate on top of the cup and flip the plate and cup at the same time. Slowly remove the cup to reveal the fried rice.

    Fry an egg until your desired consistency, place it on top, and enjoy!
